How do I find the what I want/price/size/colour/availability?
Use the search box on the top of the website page, example; you are looking for BLACK DRESS. Simply type one word from the item name eg DRESS into the search box at the top of the page and it will give you a summary of these styles. Click on the one you want and there you'll find sizes available and the price. If what you want is not on the site then we no longer have it, sorry.
When will I get my order if I'm local to your stores?
Between 12pm-7pm on the next day after you order if you live in one of these areas Dublin; 1,2,3,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,15,17,20,22,24, Swords. We don't deliver on Sunday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered on Monday.
When will I get my order if I'm not local?
We will post it the morning after you order, standard post with AN POST. They are currently taking 3-5 working days to deliver in Ireland.
How do I PRE ORDER?
If an item is advertised as PRE ORDER simply go to it on the website and purchase it they way you would normally. We will then send it to you the morning after we receive it. If an item is not advertised as PRE ORDER it can't be PRE ORDERED, sorry.
How do I return my item for a refund?

Include your order details and state that you want a refund with a reason eg not suitable/unwanted gift/damaged.
Ho do I get an exchange for something else?

Include your order details and state that what you want a VOUCHER CODE to use on something else. We then email or text you your code for the item value and you order your new item.
I ordered something on the website but didn't get any email confirmation?
Every order receives an email notification with our purchases but sometimes your email provider will reject the email as spam/junk.
